  1. Return Terms
    Return Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your product to request a return.
    Product Condition: The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories, instructions, and tags.
  2. Return Request
    Contacting Customer Service: Please contact Customer Service at michael@campskies.com with your order number and reason for return.
    Review and Confirmation: Our Customer Service team will review your return request within 48 hours and confirm your return via email.
  3. Return Process
    Return Label: Upon approval, we will provide you with a custom return label. Please affix the label to the packaging and return the product to the specified address. Shipping Fees: If the return is due to a product defect or incorrect shipment, you will not be charged for shipping fees. In all other cases, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  4. Refund Processing
    Refund Time: Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your account using the original payment method.
    Refund Notification: We will notify you of the refund status via email.
  5. Other Notes
    Items that have exceeded the return period or do not meet the return requirements cannot be returned or refunded.
